Cotter Barber is a barber shop that also serves Parlor Coffee. I walked past this spot a week or so ago and made my way back yesterday while it was pouring. It’s a simple shop, perfect for a quick seat by the open window or a coffee to-go. It’s a shop I would definitely frequent if I lived in the neighborhood. Small, cozy, with good coffee.
